We understand that as a student your journey is comprised of more than just classes. A large part of your academic success relies on how well the rest of your life is balanced. To address the emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, familial, and social aspects of your total well being, OAMI invites you to participate in the Wellness, Advocacy, Keenness, and Engagement (WAKE UP) series. These monthly wellness programs are workshops offered to students campus wide, and conducted by U-M staff from various departments. A WAKEUP student advisory board assists the Program Director in identifying holistic health issues that desire further education and support.
