We understand that as a student your journey is comprised of more than just classes. A large part of your academic success relies on how well the rest of your life is balanced. To address the emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, familial, and social aspects of your total well being, OAMI invites you to participate in the Success Lab series. These monthly wellness programs are workshops offered to students campus wide, and conducted by U-M staff from various departments.
